V.A.T. is charged on all bookings.
Hire of the Main Hall includes the refreshment area and kitchen.
Time must be allowed for setting up before hand and clearing up afterwards.
Community Rate applies to local groups which are non-profit making.

Due to problems at previous events we cannot make the building available to older teenage and 21st birthday parties.
Licensed security staff at, at additional cost, may be required for bookings aimed at a predominately younger audience.
